Have you had a Pre-Purchase Methamphetamine Screening Assessment conducted on the property you intend to "put an offer on?" If so, you must comply with the Toxicology Clause (Section 9.5) of the Tenth Edition Sale and Purchase Agreement.
The clause requires for the report to be compliant the New Zealand Standard for Testing and Decontamination of Methamphetamine Contaminated Properties NZS 8510:2017.
Have one of our Meth Experts check your properties toxicology report for you to determine compliance. We will have it back to you within 24 hours and our 20 point checklist will tell you if the report you have been issued is compliant, or not.
If the report is Compliant, your risk is reduced and you will have grounds to cancel the Sale and Purchase Agreement contract under the relevant clauses.
If the report is Non-Compliant, your risk is greatly increased as you may not be able to cancel the contract. If you are unable to "back out of the deal" you may find yourself the proud new owner of a full price Methamphetamine contaminated property.
Why take the risk? Only use qualified sampling companies to conduct your methamphetamine testing!
FIll out the form below to send us the report and your contact details. We will use our Kiwi Meth Experts to Compliance Check the report and have it back to you promptly so you know your level of risk.
