What do I do if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint or would like to make an appeal  –  you must inform Meth Xpert New Zealand Ltd management as soon as reasonably possible.

Complaints and appeals are to be submitted in writing either by email or through addressed mail, or through our contact us page on the Meth Xpert New Zealand Ltd web site.

Meth Xpert New Zealand will acknowledge the complaint in writing, within 14 days.

Meth Xpert New Zealand Ltd management will assess the complaint to ascertain if it relates directly to inspection activities performed by Meth Xpert New Zealand Ltd.

If the complaint does not relate to inspection activities the complainant will be advised in writing as soon as practicable and within a timely manner.

If the complaint relates to inspection activities Meth Xpert New Zealand Ltd management will do all that is necessary to investigate the complaint or appeal. The investigation will be lead by personnel not directly responsible for the inspection activities to ensure no discrimination to the complainant occurs.

The personnel who conducts the investigation will discuss their findings with management staff who will do all that is possible to come up with a solution to your problem within 60 days of complaint unless more time is requested and deemed necessary.
