Meth Xpert K9 Detection Services

Trained Drug Detection Dogs

Trained narcotics dogs provide an efficient, cost effective and non-invasive way to locate areas that may have been exposed to drug manufacture, use or storage.

The use of drug dogs compliments existing methods of detection.  When the dog "hits" on a trained scent, further screening methodologies can be employed to determine a level of contamination.

Workplace Drug Dog Detection is an easy, non-invasive method of determining if illegal drug use is occurring on your worksite amongst your employees.

MXK9 dogs regularly search workplaces, buildings, private homes and vehicles for narcotics.
Drugs located include Methamphetamines, Cocaine, Heroin, PCP, Cannabis and MDMA.

Narcotic Detection Dogs

Picture
Having a "sniffer dog" put through your premises can help detect and deter drug use on your worksite. From Meth to Cannabis, casual use in workplaces is on the rise.

Whilst Methamphetamine use can leave harmful contaminants over a period of time, Cannabis (and other plant based drugs) are biodegradable and pose less of threat to third hand exposure.

Any form of illicit drug use can result in impairment of workers leading to dangerous workplace practices.
Avoid the risk and liability of impaired employees by testing employee workspaces, toilets, vehicles and common areas.

Is Your Workplace Safe?

Your workplace is governed by Health and Safety legislation.  The detection of deterrence of drug use in your workplace is vital to ensuring that your workplace is safe. Using narcotics detection dogs to search your workplace; Factories, warehouses, offices, grounds and vehicles will help you achieve your Health and Safety requirements. .

The use of K9 detection dogs is fast and effective.  All areas can all be searched quickly and without disrupting your teams workflow (for business premise searches) or your personal home life (for private home searches).

WIth drug use at an all time high, narcotics use before, during and after work is common place.  Illicit drug use results in an individual's impairment of judgement, coordination, reaction times. It affects their driving skills, their cognitive reasoning and may result in more aggressive or over confident behaviours, leading to unsafe and dangerous workplaces.

Whilst an indication from a detection dog can reveal a substance, further testing may be required to determine the type and amount of the substance.

Why use MethX K9 Detection Services?

  • Fast and reliable - Our dogs are highly trained scent dogs
  • Cost effective - Testing a large open warehouse or workplace could be costly without good reason. Drug Dogs can be a cheaper option to determine if you have a problem and require further testing.
  • Visible deterrent - Employees will be less inclined to use illegal drugs on your premises if they might get caught!
  • Support existing practices and procedures - Your Health and Safety Policy no doubt encourages a safe and healthy working environment, but how do you know without testing?
  • Non-invasive - Our highly trained Drug Detection dogs won't mess the place up. Once they've left it'll be like they were never there!
  • Quickly target likely testing areas - Our K9 Detection Dogs noses are 40 times more powerful than humans allowing them to find problem areas rapidly.
  • Meeting H&S requirements / legislation - Proving that your workplace is drug and contaminant free won't be an issue once the MethX K9 Drug Detection Dogs have been through the premises.
  • Policy compliance - Businesses require a robust Drug policy, and part of that should be ensuring that the workplace is drug free. We can help!
  • Insurance compliance - Workplace incidents are often investigated to ensure that you have been complying with your insurance requirements, let our K9 Detections Dogs help keep your workplace free from drug use with regular workplace checks.
  • Detection without entry - Unless the premises are warehouse size, we may not even require entry. The dogs senses are far superior to humans and can detect scents from a distance.
  • Put parents’ minds at ease or confirm suspicions - We often hear from distressed parents asking how they can find out of their child is using drugs. Many will not submit to a oral or urinary screening testing, so perhaps our dogs can help. If they indicate on your child's belongings, there is likely drug use scent/residue.
  • Search property, not people - Our searches are non-invasive to your employees as we are only searching you, the employers, premises and property. Any personal belongings that are in the workplace at the time of the search are also subject to detection.
  • Minimise disruption - Our dogs are friendly and non-invasive. Having them in the workplace may still offer disruption, but this is smaller than compared to closing the business down for a day or restricting access to plant in order to test it.
  • Discrete - We can operate outside normal business hours to ensure discretion as required.
  • Accurate - Our dogs are tested and trained regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Confidential - All our services, indications and reports are confidential to the business engaging our services.
  • Immediate - Need to know if you have a drug problem immediately? Use Meth Xpert K9 Detection Dogs today!
